RETURNS

All items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which means being unworn/unused, with tags attached and, if possible, in the original packaging. Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags should be included with your return. Shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface to prevent any scratches to the soles. All shoes must be returned in their original shoe box. Shoes returned without the original box, a damaged box, or with marked soles may not be accepted and will be returned to you.

KULT reserves the right to refuse a refund on items deemed not to be resalable. This does not affect your statutory rights in connection with faulty items.

In-store purchases

 

Items purchased in store can only be returned at any of our KULT boutiques in Cyprus, within 14 days from the date of purchase. It is not possible to use our online returns service for purchases made in our stores.


Once we have accepted your return, we will offer you an exchange and/or a store credit note (which cannot be used for online purchases).

 

Online purchases
Try your purchases in the comfort of your own home and if you need to send them back, get in touch and we’ll happily process your exchange or return.

 

International Return Orders

You have twenty (20) calendar days from the date you received your order to:

  • Write to us at customercare@kult.com.cy and let us know you’d like to exchange or return your order/items in your order.
  • Next, package the items you wish to exchange/return and fill in the return proforma invoice. Place the copies in the envelope we have provided and attach it and the return shipping label to the package/box.
  • Once you have the package ready, you’ll need to arrange a pick-up via our . Make sure your package/box is securely sealed before you hand it over to the courier.

 

 

Local Return Orders

  • Write to us at customercare@kult.com.cy and let us know you’d like to exchange or return your order/items in your order.
  • Next, package the items you wish to exchange/return.
  • Once you have the package ready, you’ll need to arrange for it to dropped off at your nearest GAP Express.  Make sure your package/box is securely sealed before you hand it over to the courier.

Once we have received your exchange/return, we will check if it meets our returns conditions before proceeding with an exchange or a refund. Refunds will be made to the same method of payment you used when you made the original purchase unless you have expressly told us otherwise.

In the event that the reason for you exchanging or returning a product is due to, but not limited to, the item(s) being faulty, KULT will make every effort to communicate with you and settle the matter according to the standards of good faith and of commercial ethics.

Please note that we can only accept returns from the country to which an order was originally shipped. For example, orders delivered to Greece must be returned from Greece. Customs, duties and other fees applied from countries outside the EU may be charged to the customer directly and may not be refundable when an item is returned.

We are unable to accept packages returned without the necessary return information, without a RAN or without a proper return authorisation label, and we are not responsible for the fate of a package you may have sent to us that lacks the necessary information or authorisation.

Sale items

All sale items are eligible for an exchange or online credit note, unless deemed faulty. Sale items cannot be returned for a refund. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on “Final Sale” items.

 

Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Jewellery and hair accessories
  • Underwear, lingerie and swimwear.

We are also unable to offer a refund or exchange for customised products.

Repeated returns

Our flexible returns policy aims to give you an easy and smooth online shopping experience. However, please note that we do monitor the number of returns made by a customer, and continued returns will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your www.kult.com.cy account or future orders being refused.
