KULT Gift Card Terms & Conditions

General

The KULT Gift Card is issued by Anthana Ltd, trading as KULT Boutiques ("KULT").
The KULT Gift Card is a physical gift card that may be used for purchases at all physical KULT Boutiques in Cyprus.
The KULT Gift Card cannot currently be redeemed online at kult.com.cy.
A KULT Gift Card may be requested through the KULT website. Submitting a Gift Card request does not constitute a purchase. A member of the KULT team will contact the purchaser to confirm the request and arrange payment.
The Gift Card will be issued and activated following confirmation of payment.
The purchaser may collect the Gift Card from a KULT Boutique or request delivery via Akis Express, subject to any applicable delivery charges.
The Gift Card may be purchased for personal use or as a gift for another person.

Using the KULT Gift Card

The KULT Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. The expiry date will be stated on or provided with the Gift Card.
The Gift Card cannot be used after its expiry date. Any remaining balance after expiry will be treated in accordance with applicable law.
KULT Gift Cards are available in the values offered by KULT at the time of purchase, currently €150, €250, €500 and €1,000. Other values may be requested and are subject to KULT's confirmation.
Promotional discounts cannot be applied to the purchase of a Gift Card unless expressly stated otherwise by KULT.
The Gift Card may be used more than once until its available balance has been fully redeemed or the Gift Card has expired.
The Gift Card may be redeemed at any physical KULT Boutique in Cyprus, regardless of the boutique from which it was purchased or collected.
The Gift Card cannot currently be used for purchases made through kult.com.cy.
If the value of a purchase exceeds the available Gift Card balance, the holder may pay the difference using another payment method accepted by the relevant KULT Boutique.
If the value of a purchase is lower than the available Gift Card balance, the remaining value will remain available on the Gift Card for future purchases until its expiry date.
Gift Cards and any remaining balances cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, except where required by applicable law.
The holder may request information about the available Gift Card balance at any KULT Boutique.
KULT may refuse to accept a Gift Card if it has expired, has no remaining balance, appears to have been altered or fraudulently obtained, or cannot reasonably be verified.

Collection & Delivery

The purchaser may choose to collect the Gift Card from a KULT Boutique or request delivery via Akis Express.
Any applicable delivery charge will be communicated to the purchaser before payment is completed.
For delivery via Akis Express, the purchaser must provide the relevant Akis Express pickup point.
Where the Gift Card is sent directly to another person, the purchaser must provide accurate recipient information, including the recipient's telephone number.
The purchaser is responsible for ensuring that all information provided to KULT for collection or delivery is accurate and complete.
KULT cannot be responsible for delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the purchaser or circumstances outside KULT's reasonable control.
Nothing in this section limits any rights available to consumers under applicable Cyprus law.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

KULT Gift Cards cannot ordinarily be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable Cyprus or European Union consumer protection law.
Products purchased using a KULT Gift Card are subject to KULT's applicable returns and exchange policy and the consumer's statutory rights.
Where a refund for a product purchased using a KULT Gift Card is permitted, the amount originally paid using the Gift Card will normally be returned to a KULT Gift Card or other KULT credit, subject to applicable law.
Where a purchase was paid partly using a Gift Card and partly using another payment method, any approved refund may be allocated between the relevant payment methods as appropriate.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects statutory rights relating to faulty, defective or non-conforming products.
Where the purchase of a KULT Gift Card constitutes a distance contract, any mandatory statutory withdrawal rights applicable to that transaction remain unaffected by these Terms & Conditions.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Gift Cards

KULT Gift Cards should be kept securely.
If a Gift Card is lost, stolen or damaged, the holder should contact KULT as soon as possible.
Where the Gift Card and its remaining balance can be verified, KULT may cancel and replace the Gift Card subject to appropriate verification.
KULT reserves the right to refuse replacement where the validity, ownership or remaining balance of the Gift Card cannot reasonably be verified.

Final Provisions

By purchasing or using a KULT Gift Card, the purchaser and/or holder agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
The current version of these Terms & Conditions will be available on kult.com.cy and may also be requested at any KULT Boutique.
KULT may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will not affect rights already acquired under Gift Cards issued before the changes where those rights are protected by applicable law.
